Raven Pays Money For NON-FERROUS SCRAP METAL on Mondays through to Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (summer hours only).  Types and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are for ‘clean’ or uncontaminated non-ferrous metal. As a general rule, Raven accepts the ABCS - aluminium, brass, copper and stainless steel.

These prices were last changed on May 1st, 2008 – they might have changed since – check with the metal weigh-in attendant.

WE NOW BUY CATALYTIC CONVERTERS - Read the Waste Not, Want Not column. The rough price guide is as follows, but it is subject to change and interpretation. Ask metal attendant for details.

• Small under 11 lbs - $12.50 each
• Large over 11 lbs - $25.00 each
• Aftermarket - $2.50 each

NOTE: Raven pays about a nickel per pound extra for over 100 lbs of the same metal (check with attendant when weighing items for the exact bonus amount)
